The 3 Fates is a location-based mural augmentation project in Vancouver, BC, created by @TheNmdz. The project was incredibly challenging and involved remapping reference video onto costumed models, synchronized audio, and simple interactivity.

Because the project included lots of animation and audio, this was done using our Jackalope player. The Jackalope player is a custom application for iOS and Android. It is a generic viewer for AR projects. Projects can be accessed from a menu or by entering a code in the app. It also supports location-specific projects like the 3 Fates. When you run the Jackalope app on site, it will automatically detect the location and download the correct AR experience.
